Goldfish has been in the market for 11 years and has worked with over 700 clients across the region through its offices in Colombia, Mexico, Peru, Chile, and Panama.
Natalia was recognized as the Best Agency Leader in Colombia at the Top 10 P&M Awards 2024. She was also named one of the Women to Watch in 2022 for her contributions to the communications, marketing, and advertising industry in the country.
Before founding Goldfish, Natalia worked at Google as Sales Manager and, prior to that, spent 8 years at Procter & Gamble in various marketing roles. She holds a degree in Business Administration, an MBA, and specializations in Marketing and Project Management, as well as executive programs from Harvard University, Wharton, and MIT.
