Natalia es la Fundadora y CEO de Goldfish, agencia líder de Influencer Marketing en Colombia y una de las más importantes de Latinoamérica. Goldfish ha estado en el mercado por 11 años y ha trabajado con +700 clientes de la región a través de sus oficinas en Colombia, México, Perú, Chile y Panamá.
Natalia fue reconocida como la Mejor Líder de Agencia en Colombia en los Premios Top 10 P&M 2024. Así mismo fue elegida como una de las Women to Watch 2022 por sus aportes al sector de las comunicaciones, el mercadeo y la publicidad del país.
Antes de Goldfish, Natalia trabajó en Google como Sales Manager y anteriormente a eso, ella trabajó 8 años en Procter & Gamble, en diferentes roles de mercadeo.
Natalia es administradora de empresas, tiene un MBA, una especialización en Marketing y otra en Project Management, así como diplomados de la Universidad de Harvard, Wharton y MIT.
